Candidate Qualification:

Master's or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business management or related field.
Candidate Experience:
-
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM/PPC).

Deep understanding of the digital marketing and advertising technology ecosystem.

Strong knowledge with third party app marketing platforms, app tracking and analytic tools.
-
Working knowledge of web analytics tools, bidding management tools, engagement tools, landing page optimization techniques and affiliate marketing tools.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
-
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Lead strategy, execution and ongoing management of all digital marketing programs and campaigns from start to finish and beyond.

Make use of engagement tools and marketing automation techniques to deal with customer acquisition, engagement, upselling, cross selling, retention and churn.

Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads & Social media channels including Search, Display, Remarketing, Mobile Networks and Programmatic Ads.

Plan, strategize, implement, monitor and improve the SEO (on-page and off-page) of the company's websites and apps.

Effectively use Google Analytics and Google Console and optimize the campaigns and improve the PPC / CPA.

Implement tools for App marketing, tracking and analytics (Android & iOS).

Coordinate with multiple teams like designers, developers, content writers & social media.

Collaborate with existing marketing team on all projects including integrated initiatives.

Report on the performance of programs and initiatives and leverage data to drive and enhance future efforts.

Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); and enhance future efforts.
