Candidate Qualification:
  • Master's or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business management or related field.
Candidate Experience:
  •  Minimum 3-4 years of experience in managing digital marketing   campaigns (SEO/SEM/PPC).
  •  Deep understanding of the digital marketing and advertising technology   ecosystem.
  •  Strong knowledge with third party app marketing platforms, app tracking   and analytic tools.
  •  Working knowledge of web analytics tools, bidding management tools,   engagement tools, landing page optimization techniques and affiliate   marketing tools.
  •  Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and   constraints.
  •  Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  •  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing   and measurement. 
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  •  Lead strategy, execution and ongoing management of all digital   marketing programs and campaigns from start to finish and beyond.
  •  Make use of engagement tools and marketing automation techniques to   deal with customer acquisition, engagement, upselling, cross selling,   retention and churn.
  •  Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads & Social media   channels including Search, Display, Remarketing, Mobile Networks and   Programmatic Ads.
  •  Plan, strategize, implement, monitor and improve the SEO (on-page and   off-page) of the company's websites and apps.
  •  Effectively use Google Analytics and Google Console and optimize the   campaigns and improve the PPC / CPA.
  •  Implement tools for App marketing, tracking and analytics (Android &   iOS).
  •  Coordinate with multiple teams like designers, developers, content   writers  & social media.
  •  Collaborate with existing marketing team on all projects including       integrated initiatives.
  •  Report on the performance of programs and initiatives and leverage data   to drive and enhance future efforts.
  •  Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of   developments in digital marketing.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); and enhance future efforts.
