Scope and General Purpose
To follow-up with Social Media Channels by ensure to deliver the desired values internally and externally, depend on corporate’s standards.
1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- To maintain the online brand reputation through proactive monitoring and engagement social media channels.
- To providie courteous, friendly, and efficient responses to clients on all relevant channels.
- Assist with development of monitoring queries to emerging and ongoing online conversations.
- To be responsible of all content of social media channels, that’s would be meet with marketing department’s objectives.
- To follow-up with marketing team about all advertising campaign and upcoming event.
- To assist in all events and sponsorship programs of the corporate to apply the desired values of the programs / event.
- Reporting on weekly and monthly basis about the day-to-day to update the management on the changes or demands through social media channels.
2. Desired Skills & Experience:
- Language skills ( Kurdish – Arabic – English) two languages are must.
- have normal knowledge using Microsoft programs (Word, Excel).
- Average typing speed and able to write in (Arabic & English).
- Have a great knowledge of all social media channels.
