To ensure the project has database which is of integrity and properly targeting deserving beneficiaries of the project.
Major Activities
  1. Database
  • Ensure an up to date database of all beneficiaries in the project
  • Collaborate with World Food programme on the updated list of beneficiaries
  • Maintain updated backups month wise for all beneficiaries in different operational areas of the project
  • Regularly share an updated beneficiaries list.
    2. Planning
  • Check all beneficiary distribution lists and ensure the figures match with the shared distribution plans
  • Put up all beneficiates required plans for monthly distributions.
3. Coordination and collaboration
  • To co-ordinate and closely with the field distribution teams to ensure beneficiaries distributed are registered and as per plan
  • Follow up with no-show cases beneficiaries, ascertaining  the reasons
  • Follow up with beneficiaries excluded from the project who are deserving
  • Follow up on removing beneficiaries who do not deserve but are registered in the project
  • Coordinate with other agencies on verifying cases of beneficiaries’ double dipping/ benefitting from both agencies and follow up cases.
4. Capacity development
  • Participate in capacity development of  field team in checking accurately benefices data
  • Work with the Project Manager to provide training for all other  WFP voucher  staff
5. Other Roles
  • Perform any other duties as required by the Project Manager or his/her designee.

Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position:
  1. Prospective candidates should have degree in IT/ Information Management/ Statistics/ Accounting or related.
  2. Candidates should also have at least 1 years’ previous experience in a related field.
  3. Strong communication skills Verbal and written English/Arabic and Kurdish.
  4. Strong skills in Microsoft office especially database and MS Excel
  5. Must demonstrate willingness to learn and work with others as a team
