Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all data from all projects in the Erbil field office is collected systematically and
  • accurately.
  • Ensure that all data is stored in a safe and secure manner.
  • Train, support and provide guidance to all Data Entry Clerks and Database Officers,
  • ensuring that their work is of the highest quality and up to standard.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to all staff who collect any form of data, to ensure that
  • each staff member collects data precisely and accurately.
  • Train new staff members on data collection methods.
  • Update relevant data collections, such as Activity Info, as required, ensuring the highest
  • quality of data reporting.
  • Set up database, maintenance and mapping on secured database related to preregistration
  • and registration of beneficiaries.
  • Produce maps, data visualization and info graphics for reports and other purposes.
  • Provide the accurate, required data for any required reports relating to any project in
  • the Erbil office, in a timely and well-presented manner;
  • Uphold QANDIL and UNHCR’s code of conduct, and ensure that all persons of concern are
  • treated with dignity and respect, in accordance with humanitarian principles and human
  • rights standards.
  • Conduct additional duties assigned by supervisor in support of the PARC Project.
  • Monitor grant outputs against performance indicators to facilitate operational planning
  • and grant management


Required qualification & skills:
  • Bachelor degree in Data Management, Statistics or any related area;
  • Minimum 3 year experience in data processing and work experience with NGOs;
  • Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and English languages;
  • Knowledge of data entry standards and Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent computers skills in the Windows, Excel, Access;
  • Experience of working in Monitoring and Evaluation;
  • Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure;
  • Good knowledge of assessments, data collection and report writing;
  • Experience or understanding of working in an emergency environment.
