Duties and responsibilities

Entering data for various projects of Qandil as and when requested by the direct supervisor.

Ensure the prepare filing of the supporting documents related to the cash assistance program of the beneficiaries (IDPs).

Close interaction with the project managers for collecting and checking the data.
-
Keep tracking and maintains copies of the existed different databases; and assist in data analysis through effective data retrieving and processing
-
Maintain proper filing system for the various project documents related to the data entry purposes both on hard and electronic copies.
-
Re‐enter correct data, sort and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
-
Assist other department in data entering if required.

Maintaining proper records and filing system.
-
Ability to assume multiple project responsibilities in a focused and dedicated manner.
-
Participate in regular organizational meetings when it is required.
-
Perform other duties which may be required by QANDIL.

Show interest to work on weekends

Ability to work under pressure and should take responsibility in work.

From Time management skills and effective problem‐solving skills required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work with both community members as well as local authorities in a sensitive and respectful manner.

Willingness to work in all areas of Erbil Governorate and Khabat District.

Must work well within ethnically or religiously diverse groups.
-
Fluent spoken and written Kurdish, Arabic and English.
Desirable experience
-
Previous Field management experience is a significant asset.
-
Previous experience for NGOs and/or humanitarian work is an asset.
-
Previous experience in organizing and facilitating trainings is a significant asset.
