MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.

Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.

Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

Secures information by completing data base backups.

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

Keeping information with confidentiality

Ability to assume multiple project responsibilities in a focused and dedicated manner.

The Data Entry Clerk may also be assigned other relevant tasks by his/her line manager(s).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):

Bachelor degree or Diploma in computer science or any related field.

One year previous Experience work with INGOs.

Good organizational skills, flexibility, initiative and team-worker.

Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft office, excel and access.

Good standard of Kurdish and Arabic, English language is essential.

Necessary to be motivated, dedicated, and results-driven.

Ability to work independently and without supervision.
