MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
  • Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Secures information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Keeping information with confidentiality
  • Ability to assume multiple project responsibilities in a focused and dedicated manner.
  • The Data Entry Clerk may also be assigned other relevant tasks by his/her line manager(s).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):
  • Bachelor degree or Diploma in computer science or any related field.
  • One year previous Experience work with INGOs.
  • Good organizational skills, flexibility, initiative and team-worker.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft office, excel and access.
  • Good standard of Kurdish and Arabic, English language is essential.
  • Necessary to be motivated, dedicated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision.
