A CSR agent is responsible for ensuring a company has the trusting relationship with the customers necessary to function. CSR agent is responsible for evaluating customers in order to find the best deals possible that are needed for business operations.
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with supply chain management, sales, and marketing teams, and build relationships with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Excellent communication skills

Traveling to different area to find customers.
Work with accountants, procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to deliver the order items/services in time to clients nominated destinations, and get the delivery reports.
Maintain a current status register for all active contracts.
Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and HODs to clarify and resolve contractual issues or disputes.
Work with accounts, logistics and warehouse teams to resolve any contract related invoice processing issues.
Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customersBuild long-term relationships with clients and customers
Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in public relation, Business Administration/Management, or any discipline.
Proven 5+ years of experience in similar role and same industry
Full knowledge in building relation with customer service strategy.
Preferable from Sulaimanyah area (Chamchamal , Qadirkaram)
Is capable of staying within a given budget
Has good math skills and is quickly able to calculate the cost of goods and services
Excellent proficiency in English and Kurdish (written and spoken), fluent in Arabic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills to ensure work deadlines are met
Possesses strong negotiation skills
Proactive and willing to take new challenges
Problem-solving, work effectively under pressure
Passion for work and good ethical values
