Answer and direct incoming calls to consultants,

Give information about services,

Secretary of the office,

·Promote campaigns to customers who request information through the company's web page, call center, or other channels,

To communicate with customers registered in CRM within a certain plan within the scope of sales activities determined in accordance with the current sales strategy,

Also, work in call center activities.
Education, Skills, and Experience
-
Excellent communication skills both in Arabic and in Kurdish; Turkish and/or English also preferred.

High school diploma or University degree
-
Guest/customer relations experience, preferably in a hospitality environment

Good diction, taking care of their appearance,

Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office
