We are looking for female candidates who will work at the front desk as Customer Relationship Assistant.
  • Welcome and greet guests,
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to consultants,
  • Give information about services,
  • Secretary of the office,
  • ·Promote campaigns to customers who request information through the company's web page, call center, or other channels,
  • To communicate with customers registered in CRM within a certain plan within the scope of sales activities determined in accordance with the current sales strategy,
  • Also, work in call center activities.
Education, Skills, and Experience
  • Excellent communication skills both in Arabic and in Kurdish; Turkish and/or English also preferred.
  • High school diploma or University degree
  • Guest/customer relations experience, preferably in a hospitality environment
  • Good diction, taking care of their appearance,
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office
  • Numeracy skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Planning and organizing
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure
