You will be the front line of support for clients and customers and help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

Fluency in Kurdish & Arabic is a MUST. English is a plus.
No Experience Required (Fresh Gratduates).
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing products inside and out to answer customer’s questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with the operations team as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Accepts extra duties as situations arise.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Preferably a Computer Science background.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
