Job Description:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Knowing products inside and out to answer customer’s questions.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Communicating and coordinating with the operations team as necessary.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • Accepts extra duties as situations arise.

 

Candidate Qualifications & Abilities:

  • This is for those candidates who are able to work on day and night shifts.

  • Fluency in Kurdish & Arabic is a MUST. English is a plus.

  • No Experience Required (Fresh Graduates).

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Preferably a Computer Science background.

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

  • Good technical skills.
