Responsibilities

  • To carry out marketing and communication activities effectively in the country,

  • To prepare the country's annual marketing and communication calendar in accordance with the seasonal calendar and budget and submit them for approval,

  • To strengthen reflections in the fashion retail press, to research appropriate brand activities, sponsorships, social responsibility projects and opportunities which are suitable for the brand,

  • To closely monitor marketing and communication activities of the brand’s competitors and the innovations in this field in order to increase the awareness / reputation of the institution and brand in the country under his responsibility,

  • To investigate local agencies in accordance with the country's annual marketing and communication schedule in order to increase the number of products which stand out for the collection information that develops and changes depending on the seasons and their brand awareness,

  • To make contracts, to carry out invoicing and activities with the agency, to monitor the implementation of advertising activities, to ensure that all activities aligned with the planning are carried out (within the budget),

  • To monitor the printing and implementation of advertising materials (billboards, magazines, catalogues, flyers etc.)  within the scope of all the marketing and communication activities,

  • To organize communication and marketing activities when a new store is opened,

  • To investigate suppliers so that all the advertising products can be produced in accordance with the brand’s corporate identity and determined procedures in the demanded feature, quality, time and budget,

  • To prepare contracts and submit them for approval, to follow up the production stages, to meet the requests of retail management for the visual communication materials, to examine the visual and advertising materials which have already been applied and to make request to the relevant suppliers to detect the problems, if any, on site and to make the necessary corrections,

  • To measure, analyze and report the outcome of the activities to determine the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities in the country, to evaluate and communicate the supplier performance,

  • To establish a social media flow chart to be published on social and digital platforms in the country in order to create and maintain brand awareness and positive brand perception in the existing and potential customers,

  • To make localized translations of the transmitted contents and to post them on the related platforms, to evaluate/respond to the comments made for the contents, to be in contact with the social media unit for the non-standard comments and to respond according to their directions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum University Degree

  • Fluent English & Arabic (written & verbal)

  • Preferably 2-3 years of retail experience in similar position

  • Good command of sales and negotiation skills

  • Customer oriented

  • Self-developer

  • Result oriented and have a positive attitude

  • Ability to solve problems, organize and plan

  • Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
