MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a flexible daily cleaning schedule of all internal areas of the office.

Check on a daily basis that all areas of the offices are cleaned to a satisfactory standard and daily cleaning logs are completed for each work section.

Undertake any additional cleaning duties as directed, by the direct supervisor.

Maintain cleaning staff attendance logs and timesheets for submission to the admin.

In conjunction with the direct supervisor, interview and recruit sufficient cleaning staff. Keep a check on cleaning materials and re‐order via the supervisor.

Identify formal and informal training needs for all cleaning staff. To ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed.

Tidy and dust Staff Room and offices & Vacuum carpets.

Clean staff toilets and hand basins, wash floors kitchen, bathroom and Wipe around surface in kitchen.

Damp dust where appropriate.

Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time by supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):

Finished High school or secondary school.

Minimum one year experience in a cleaning position or field. NGO experience is preferred.

Fluency in Kurdish or Arabic.
