Responsibilities
The cleaner is responsible for

Keeping the office premises clean and tidy and cleans the canteen, including surrounding areas and all crockery 2 times a day

Running errands and carrying out other tasks needed to run the office smoothly

Preparing and serving food, coffee and tea

Buying daily requirements for the kitchen (vegetable, meat, tea, fruits, etc.)

Clearing and cleaning the kitchen crockery after the meals
Tasks
The cleaner performs the following tasks:
Office services
The Cleaner

Cleans the office premises, rooms, washrooms, furniture, carpets and windows of all office blocks

▪ Checks and refills supplies in all areas, including articles in the washrooms and WCs
-
Sets up and prepares the conference rooms as instructed
-
▪ Supplies the offices with hot and cold beverages and other catering services
-
▪ Serves meetings, e.g. serves coffee and tea for guests and visitors
-
▪ Reports if stocks are low and need to be replenished e.g. of beverages
-
▪ Takes care of and waters office plants
-
▪ Assists to set up and prepare basic meals, as and when requested
Supports office communications and administration
The Cleaner

supports project logistics, e.g. delivers letters or hands them to courier services
-
checks office supplies and restocks materials, e.g. ensuring that photocopiers are operational by filling with paper, toner cartridges etc.
General tasks
The Cleaner
-
runs errands, e.g. buys lunch on request for office staff as and when required
-
reports damage to office areas and equipment and organises and monitors maintenance and repair
Required qualifications, competences and experience
Qualifications

Professional experience

At least 1-3 years’ work experience in a comparable position with references
