Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience in civil and power and telecom works to monitoring the implementation of it.
- Performing site survey (SAR) and TSSR for old and new sites based on work needs.
- Performing civil work including tower installation and foundation casting based on standard.
- Performing the design drawing and as build drawing based on work needs.
- Performing Acceptance based on Vendor/Client limits
- Control and coordinate the insource-outsource teams to full fill the civil work requirement according the design.
- Responsible on field work and all activities to be based on quality standard.
- Commitment with PPE and QA/AC instruction.
- Working in the hard conditions to achieve the goals of the Project.
Education / Personal Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer.
- Hand zone skill at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, power point, internet, and social media.
- 2 years’ Experience in Civil work including implementation Telecom sites.
- Good soft skills (active lessening, presentation skills, Have extensive knowledge in management restriction).
- Management skills (team leading, Skill in persuasion).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and good in English language.
- Motivated and enthusiastic.
- Hard worker.
- Quick learner.
