BAMCO company in Mosul is a contracting company needs a civil engineer to implement projects and make field statements.

Job duties are:
- Conducting technical studies and feasibility studies, including site studies.
- Use a set of computer programs to develop detailed designs.
- Liaise with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and contractors.
- Compiling job specifications and supervising tendering procedures.
- Solve design and development problems.
- Managing budgets and project resources.
- Scheduling purchases and deliveries of materials and equipment.
- Ensure that the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
- Sustainability and environmental impact assessment of projects.
- Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
- Preparing the bill of quantities for the required tenders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Ability to think systematically and manage projects
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets
- Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation, supervision, and leadership skills
- Arabic and English language
- At least 3 years working experience

- إجراء الدراسات الفنية ودراسات الجدوى بما في ذلك دراسات الموقع.
- استخدام مجموعة من برامج الكمبيوتر لتطوير التصاميم التفصيلية.
- الاتصال مع العملاء ومجموعة متنوعة من المهنيين بما في ذلك المهندسين المعماريين والمقاولين.
- تجميع المواصفات الوظيفية والإشراف على إجراءات المناقصات.
- حل مشاكل التصميم والتطوير.
- إدارة الميزانيات وموارد المشروع.
- جدولة عمليات شراء المواد والمعدات وتسليمها.
- التأكد من أن المشروع يتوافق مع المتطلبات القانونية وخاصة الصحة والسلامة.
- تقييم الاستدامة والأثر البيئي للمشاريع.
- ضمان تشغيل المشاريع بسلاسة وإكمال الهياكل في حدود الميزانية وفي الوقت المحدد.
- تجهيز فاتورة الكميات للمناقصات المطلوبة.
المتطلبات
- بكالوريوس هندسة مدني
- القدرة على التفكير بشكل منهجي وإدارة المشاريع
- مهارات حل المشكلات
- القدرة على العمل في المواعيد النهائية وضمن الميزانيات
- القدرة على الحفاظ على لمحة عامة عن المشاريع بأكملها
- مهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية ممتازة
- مهارات التفاوض والإشراف والقيادة
- اللغة العربية والإنجليزية
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات
