Qualifications and Experience:
1. Have 3 years' Chinese cuisine cooking experience.
2. Perfect knowledge on cooking techniques
3. Have strong knowledge of varieties of Chinese Cuisine including canonese cuisine, Sichuan cuisine,etc.
4. Be skilled in steaming, brasing, stewing and frying etc.
5. Excellent knowledge of relevant food and health & safety regulations.
6. Flexible in work shifts and hours.
7. Accept sleep in CPP camp during working days.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare a wide variety of Chinese menu items,
2. Preparation, cooking and presenting Chinese dishes.
3. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety at all times.
4. Follow all company operational kitchen process and procedures, achieving all required standards.
5. Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation helpers.
