Working Hour: 9 AM- 5 PM (yet should be always available for urgent cases due to the nature of the work)
This position is responsible for coordinating catering operation in oilfield camp from office.
Responsibilities

Managing catering process and catering staff.

Receive and process all unit orders and deliveries according to company protocol.

Schedule staff hours and assign tasks as appropriate.

Help train, develop, motivate staff and monitor their performance while keeping an open communication for corrections needed.

Ensure that assigned staff members have reported to work.

Maintain high standards of service at all times.

Ensure all food holding and transport equipment is in working order.

Work with Camp Manager and Chefs to ensure Back of House areas and operations are maintained to the highest sanitary and quality standards, assuring cleaning schedules are followed and completed.

Have a comprehensive knowledge of all unit organization.

Ensure all ordering and inventory practices are in accordance with company policy

Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and company policies.

Solve all customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations role with supervisory responsibilities in a full service high-volume catering.

Previous operations supervising experience in oilfield catering company is highly preferred.

Able to effectively mobilize staff as needed.

Must be innovative and have the ability to make changes to the operation as needed to further improve the work environment and unit performance.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
