Casual Worker - CFW and Livelihoods Assistant - Tooz
Task Description
Post holder needs to be familiar with community mobilization. To be familiar with the Area of Responsibility and knows the context of the area very well. To be familiar with cultural and traditional customs of the area. Must know the language of the area (multi lingual). Being able to assess successful and sustainable activities, design monitoring tools in cooperation and coordination with both the livelihoods and CfW specialists. Able to lead field visits to multiple project sites. Should take security precautions into consideration and gives top priority to their security in addition to the security of staff. Post holder needs to have engineering background and preferably in WASH or Civil engineering and be able to prepare BoQs, design, drawing, and how to monitor implementing companies at project sites and report about the findings.
Skills Required
Should be with engineering background either in WASH or Civil engineering. Should have strong negotiation skills. Able to visit the relevant governmental departments, assess the needs of the proposed infrastructure and report about the findings. Having good social trends and able to make community mobilization. have previous background with preparing project BoQs, Design, drawings, etc.
