Reports To: Campboss will report to Operations management.
Job Overview:
The Site manager will accomplish camp objectives by managing staff, planning, evaluating department and camp activities. Site manager makes the camp successful by focusing its people and their efforts on serving camp and rig staff.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Maintains staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.

Accomplishes site management human resource strategies by determining camp site structure; establishing, communicating, and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; establishing compensation strategies.

Establishes camp management financial strategies by forecasting and anticipating requirements and trends; distributing monetary resources; evaluating results.

Enhances camp reputation by doing anything and everything legally, ethically, and morally appropriate to assist the camp in helping camp staff and potential clients.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge regarding oil field management by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed by camp residents and management.
Qualifications and competences:

Discipline and punctuality.

Education level “ University Degree”

Experience ( 3- 5 years’ experience in camp management)

Specific skills ( English, Kurdish, and Arabic)

Personal characteristics (manager personality)
