Call for Training & Coaching Services

Call for Letter of Expression of Interest for Training services and Coaching services in Iraq including KRI
 

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, The GIZ project Private Sector Development and Employment Promotion, Iraq (PSD) is demanding services for Training & Coaching services in the sectors of Photovoltaics, Waste Management and agri-food value chain. Objective of the project is to PSD aims to create and foster employment opportunities in Iraq with a focus on young people.

The approximate technical requirement of the consultants are as below:

1. Training services

• Education / training: University qualification (Master level is preferred) in business administration, economics, management

• Language: Good business language skills in English, Arabic, and/or Kurdish

• General professional experience: Experience in the field of business consulting, business development and business administration, specifically related to small and medium companies

• Specific professional experience: Experience in the design and delivery of training programs related to Photovoltaics, Waste Management or agri-food value chain targeting the needs of small and medium companies

• Regional experience: Knowledge of the business landscape and economic context in at least one of those cities/provinces: Baghdad, Basrah, Erbil, Mosul, Diyala, Diwaniya

• Development cooperation experience: Proven track record of conducting assignments for development cooperation organizations

2. Coaching services

• Education / training: University qualification (Master level is preferred) in business administration, economics, management

• Language: Good business language skills in English, Arabic and/or Kurdish

• General professional experience: Experience in the field of Photovoltaics, Waste Management or agri-food value chain, specifically related to small and medium companies

• Specific professional experience: Experience in the design and delivery of coaching programs for business growth

• Regional experience: Knowledge of the business landscape and economic context in at least one of those cities/provinces: Baghdad, Basrah, Erbil, Mosul, Diyala, Diwaniya

• Development cooperation experience: Proven track record of conducting assignments for development cooperation organizations

1. The CV with references
2. A copy of ID or Passport.
3. Bank data with all details from a local bank (Bank Name, Account Holder, IBAN).
4. Provide a letter directed to GIZ exploring the interest to work with GIZ for above mentioned
services.
