This role is multifaceted, and you can expect to be involved in help-desk & pre/post-sales service/support, testing & assembly, quality control, inventory management, and network support. The Support team will be trying to facilitate the duties of the IPTV system to the engineers and moving forward and make sure about the success of the system
  • Respond to calls for technical support through telephones, emails or in person. Respond to Call for technical support for IPTV customers. Be available on emergency time through telephones, emails or in person.
  • Transfer customers number to Telegram account, satisfy the customers in a good manner, let him to use telegram for next time and resolve their problem in a very good attitude.
  • Maintain and create basic codes for channels under the supervision of system engineering.
  • Maintain the problem of the link or code or any problems, he needs to know what is the problem, he needs to think if the problem sends to the monitoring or the engineer system.
  • Support staffs needs to get the feedback of the channel problem or codes from monitoring or engineer system to tell the customers about their problem.
  • Help monitoring teams.

  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
  • Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. Attend and present to all day meetings by HR before leaving office.

  • Bachelor's degree in the technical institute of computer or system engineer.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Excellent technical express presentation ability and communication skills
  • Worked as call center before.
  • Excellent and have technical language for answering phone calls to the customer, 
  • Knew Arabic, English and Kurdish. 
  • Knowledge of network management, network tolls. Structured cabling, enterprise data networking, security, HDMI, Satellite, system and etc.
  • Knowledge of Satellite test equipment such as Network Analyzers, Channels, of acceptance test plans in customer lab.
  • Able to prioritize, work independently, and to consistently meet commitments, objectives, and deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
