Terms and Conditions of Employment
Working hours: From 10 am to 6 pm including one hour for lunch break
Working days: from Saturday to Thursday (6 days a week)
Annual leave: 18 days/year, Sick leave allowed
Probation Period: 3 months
One-year contract after probation period with monthly target
Job Description:
Expanding customer base via personal outreach
On-boarding customers who write in to set up accounts
Managing accounts through the entire sales cycle
Hosting coffee tastings and meetings with potential customers
Continuing to develop your understanding of coffee from sourcing and growth to roasting and brewing
Working in compliance with sales policies and initiatives
Qualification:
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry or previous sales experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
Good leadership and teamwork skills.
Secondary school degree or higher
