Business Startup Trainer

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop a schedule to assess training needs related to “Business Start-up”
  • Conceptualize training materials based on the needs of the beneficiaries and the requirement of the course.
  • Test and review created materials and conduct training through new developed materials.
  • Review trainees’ performance and learning
  • Provide Business startup training on a weekly basis to the beneficiaries.
  • Design a professional syllabus and work plan that meets the requirements and standards of the expected training.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration and Human Resources;
  • Minimum three years’ experience as a trainer, or in a Business Managerial position;
  • Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and a working knowledge of English languages);
  • Have a Training of Trainers (TOT) certificate or any other equivalent certificates.
  • Experience in vocational training & business support (training, coaching and consulting);
  • Good inter-personal skills and excellent communication skills;
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms;
  • Strong training management skills;
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
