MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop a schedule to assess training needs related to “Business Start-up”;

Conceptualize training materials based on the needs of the beneficiaries and the requirement of the course.

Test and review created materials and conduct training through new developed materials.

Review trainees’ performance and learning
-
Provide Business startup training on a weekly basis to the beneficiaries.

Design a professional syllabus and work plan that meets the requirements and standards of the expected training.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration and Human Resources;

Minimum three years’ experience as a trainer, or in a Business Managerial position;

Fluency in Arabic and a working knowledge of English languages);

Have a Training of Trainers (TOT) certificate or any other equivalent certificates.

Experience in vocational training & business support (training, coaching and consulting);

Good inter-personal skills and excellent communication skills;

Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms;
-
Strong training management skills;
-
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
