Suitable candidate required to undertake Business Development activities in the private and public sector in addition to liaising with Government departments regarding any Company related requirements.
Most potential Clients will be within the Oil and Gas sector therefore the focus of business development activities will be with companies working in the referred sector.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
On a daily basis contact potential clients to present company capabilities aiming to reach as many potential clients as possible and win work.
Liaise with government departments
Liaise with current clients with the aim of winning more work
Support team in communicating with locals
As part of marketing and business development activities, continuously develop and maintain a client database
Prepare and deliver presentations to existing and potential clients
Explore all suitable marketing methods and tools to give the company maximum exposure to Oil and Gas and other companies present in Iraq and particularly in the Southern part of the Country
To perform other duties and jobs related to the advancement of the company as may be assigned by the Section head from tie to time
Education and /or Experience
3 year college or university program certificate; or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferably with Oil and Gas companies or services companies
Language skills
Good fluency in English and Arabic languages
Ability to present simple information, respond to questions from selected groups e.g. managers, clients, customers and the general public
Salary $1000-1500 dependent on skills and experience
