We are looking for a mid-level sales professional to join our energetic team as the Agent Sales Manager. She will be an instrumental player in building and managing the distribution network of our mobile wallet service FastPay.
Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Own entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Developing efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
- Appointing dealers, evaluating their performance & monitoring distributor sales & marketing activities.
- Foster strong internal relationships with our Operations team to ensure agents are on-boarded smoothly.
- Maintaining cordial relations with agents to sustain the profitability of the business.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of FastPay distribution network.
- Reaching the assigned targets and goals.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your agent base.
- Servicing the needs of our existing agents. Ensure agent satisfaction through coordination with internal teams.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Recruiting and training sales staff.
- Allocating areas to sales representatives.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets for individual representatives and your team as a whole.
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Collecting agent feedback and market research
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, ideally in agent management.
- Must be conversant with Kurdish, Arabic & English.
- Should be prepared to travel across the region.
- Must be Aggressive and Go getter.
- Target oriented and possess leadership qualities.
- Possesses good interpersonal skills and personal presentation.
- Having own transport is preferable.
- Must be Female.
