The Administrative supervisor will work alongside the Outreach & Communication Coordinator in a similar
position to support the implementation of QANDIL projects throughout the governorate.
He/She will be responsible for the overall administrative functions of the Outreach project and often
oversee the support of the Outreach and CWC project.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement, oversee, manage, monitor and report on the Outreach and Communicating with Communities
Report to the Outreach and CWC coordinator.
Manage the information management assistant.
Responsible for Inventory & updating the inventory report/service mapping/COVs data
Organizing External capacity building & internal training & workshop for Outreach staff.
Finalizing all documents/approvals needed from the government / local authorities / BRHA.
Responsible for printings & publications / visibility (Coordination with team leaders for outreach and
accountability officer for CFM).
Any administrative related work.
Required Qualification & Skills;
Bachelor Degree in Management or any related major;
Minimum Two years’ experience in the same position or field;
Fluency in Kurdish and English languages, Arabic is an asset;
Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional
Ability to handle confidential matters, meet deadlines and work under pressure;
Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, and drive for results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to organizational skill.
