JOB SUMMARY
The Specialist will be responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the IGPA PFM Reform effort and elements in the IGPA work plan. This will include support to the Macroeconomic Advisor, the Chief of Party, and STTAs as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with the IGPA PFM reform team to prepare overviews, summaries and presentations being prepared for the PFM reform effort;

Support the development of training programs for the staff of various GOI ministries; ∙ If required, attend meetings with the IGPA advisor and the various counterparts that are working with the reform agenda (MOF, MOP, and other GOI entities);

Manage requests for translations in coordination with the IGPA Comms Unit for summaries and presentations (Arabic to English and vice versa);

Follow up with various stakeholders that relate to the various projects being managed by the IGPA PFM Reform team; and,

Other duties as assigned by the IGPA Macroeconomic Advisor and the Chief of Party. EXPERIENCE

BS or BA and 3 years of relevant work experience

Experience in using Outlook functions of scheduling meetings, organization and follow ups of tasks ∙ Basic Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

Experience in formatting official documents and memos

Prior experience working on USAID programs preferred

Fluency in English and Arabic required

The ability to think creatively and be proactive in project design and management ∙ Self-motivated and well organized
