Job Summary:

  •  Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  •  Reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors
  •  Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data,and identifying solutions.
  •  Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements;calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  •  Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  •  Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  •  Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects;expediting work results.
  •  Type correspondence, reports and other documents
  •  Maintain office files
  •  Open and distribute the mail
  •  Take minutes at meetings
  •  Coordinate repairs to office equipment
  •  Maintain confidential records and files
  •  Research and assist with the preparation of policies and procedures
  •  Prepare correspondence for Board members
  •  Schedule Board meetings
  •  Prepare agendas for Board meeting
  •  Greet and assist visitors
  •  Direct calls and respond to inquiries
  •  Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  •  Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  •  Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  •  Maintain office supplies for department
  •  Perform other duties as assigned by line manager

 

Qualification / Education Level :

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree

Special Skills, if any:

  •  Speaks,write and read: English/ Arabic/Kurdish
  •  Nationality: Local
