Key Accountabilities

Understand Administration and Clerical strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets

Implement Administration and Clerical policies and procedures

Maintain information libraries where needed, identify new sources of information, respond to ad hoc requests for data, information or analysis

Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages as needed resolving all complaints and delivering all messages

Open, sort, and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail without delays that might affect the business operations

Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, manually and using a computer

Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities for easy and accurate retrieval when needed

Type, format and edit correspondence and other documents, from notes or dictating machines making necessary or recommended corrections

Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints
-
Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments

Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or equivalent
