Role of Accountants generally record, collect, analyses, and report on financial data. In most cases, accountants use the financial records compiled by bookkeepers to prepare financial statements and reports and to perform financial analysis. Will be able to account the invoices and record the expenditures in detail with reporting to General Manager for insuring about the posting notes. In addition to playing this general role, different types of accountants perform different, specialized roles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Posting and recording input and Output data of Chaloos company expenditures in all matters especially indirect expenditures and using their system of recording.
Recording direct and indirect expenditures plus recording all the stock expenditures of all locations.
Make a proper escalation and reports to the management explaining the issues once it happens.
Responsible of direct and indirect payment expenditure invoices and bills for Chaloos Company.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Manage the deduction process regarding the customers of having electrical problems to compensate them through deduction issue.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Send bank reconciliation of customers to sale representative.
Compare its actual incomes, costs and expenses of existing bills and invoices.
Controlling statement of profit and loss.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information and documenting all the files in proper way.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Performing financial calculations.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Analyzing financial data to provide Company with information that will assist in future planning and decision-making.
Developing and implementing financial recordkeeping systems.
Supervising bookkeepers and accounting assistants.

Education/Certifications:

University degree in finance or accounting or related subject.

Qualifications and Experience:

Have experience in accounting and finance position at least 2 years.
Familiar with accounting system like (Assel altahabi or QuickBooks)
Experience of working in a multi-currency environment.
Ability to work quickly and accurately and attention to detail especially under pressure
Ability to plan and priorities own work to meet deadlines
An active, flexible and proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team setting and maintain good working relationships
Ability to work within set strategies for the payment of invoices/expenses and identify instances when the strategies are not being followed
A proactive tactic to resolving any issues that may arise, by evaluating their impact and identifying those that need to be accepted to the board of director.
