EXPIERENCE:
Two Years progressively responsible and experience in the accounting & finance.
TRAINING and QUALIFICATION:
Training in the field of accounting or finance or relevant filed is preferable such as numeracy, accounting, business or economics.
DUTIES:

Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.

Responsible for general ledger.

Fixed asset processing and reporting.

Maintain bank accounts by requesting disbursements.
-
Monitor reserve accounts and short-term fund investments.
-
Review bank statements.
-
Auditing and verifying documents.
-
Following internal controls.
-
Completing data backups.
-
Financial and profitability analysis on a requested basis.
-
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
-
ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
