Mselect is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator for one of it's major clients in the trade sector in Erbil. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with fluency in Kurdish and English.
Responsibilities:
Operations, professional and business
- Drive the recruitment process from conducting interviews (invite candidates, prepare interview schedule) to administering assessment centers, in addition to wrapping up and sharing recommendations
- Attend local recruitment events
- Manage and supervise all elements of the on-boarding program process
- Roll out and implement the training and development plan
- Provide support and drive the performance management process (PerforM and Develop) ensuring that the process is used and applied in line with company standards across the zone
- Review, highlight changes and validate all employee details (monthly payroll, salary increase, bonus, TRS, employment contract/benefits, announcements, employment certificates etc.)
Facilities
- Manage the entirety of facilities operations to ensure employee satisfaction while driving for cost-efficiency
Rewards
- Work with rewards to highlight key market trends to ensure the Company competitive advantage when related to Rewards & Compensation
- Support SPOC in all HR related tasks/projects as needed
Management
- Manage facilities: Office/GH/vehicles– insurance, contracts & maintenance
- Manage GGP: implementation, tracking progress/reviews of Lebanon & Iraq GGP
- Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR plan as well as participating in functional and cross functional initiatives
Leadership
- Develop and manage direct/indirect reports (Business Coordinator, PRO, Driver)
- Proactively seek opportunities for growth and development
- Set a personal example of excellence (lives the Guiding Principles) and ensure timely, accurate and relevant information is supplied to internal and external stakeholders
Relationship
- Internal: i. Build effective working relationships with all employees and LMs and actively engage with them to ensure satisfaction in all services provided
- Maintain effective communication across internal (Area/Zone HR Team and HR teams from other Zones) and external service providers (including recruitment agencies, training suppliers) ensuring smooth workflow processes
- External: i. Build and maintain a positive and effective relationship with external service providers to ensure smooth workflow processes and maintain company highly creditable reputation

Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or equavelant
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in HR
- Familiar with HR processes and local market practices
- Knowledge of local employment and labor practices
- Fluent in English. Arabic and Kurdish are a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
