MSELECT is looking to hire an Office Manager for an automotive company in Baghdad. Candidates must have 3 years minimum in a similar role.
  • Language: Arabic and English Fluently.
  • Communication skills: Advance
  • Team work: Advance
  • Computer skills: intermediate.
  • Reporting Skills: Advance
Responsibility and duties:
  • Arrange all the requirement in the Board members office in Baghdad.
  • Recording and announcing the minutes of meeting.
  • Always support the board members in Baghdad to prepare the requirements of the events and coordinate with the personal needs ( like arrange lunch for some guest )
  • Coordinate with the other BOD assistants in the other cities and able to report well to the direct manager.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Other issues related to Office manager works.
