- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Making travel and guest arrangements
- Flexible with travel
- Communicating and responding to high level corporate emails
- Advanced writing skills in English
- Experience in administration or office management in an international company
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.
