MSELECT is looking to hire an Administrative Coordinator for an international business consultancy firms in Baghdad The successful candidate must have practical experience of 3 years in the field of Administrations, fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for initiate and draft new work permit application for Client’s employees
- Track the operation through Software and update the folders with support documents in Share folders
- Bank visit for work permits fees payment for obtaining the attested check.
- Pay work permit fees at MOL, translate receipts and communicate with finance team for invoicing matters.
- Follow up with MOL for submission and receiving issued work permit
- Initiate cases and clarify all the requirements from the client.
- Perform any duties assigned by the Office Manager.
Skills
- Proficient in working effectively in a fast-paced environment while making multiple tasks at a time.
- Proven front desk handling skills, demonstrated ability to handle phone calls and correspondence effectively.
- Skilled in data entry and data processing.
- Skilled in Excel, Word, Power point.
- Skills with Mac computer.
- Operational knowledge of the functioning of various office equipment including scanners and printers.
- Expert in maintaining productive written correspondence with stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven collaborative skills to facilitate team work.
- Proficient in issuing and presenting monthly and weekly progress reports.
- Good attention to detail with ability to develop time-lined project blueprints.
- Proven ability to comprehend and follow instructions accurately
