MSELECT is looking to hire an HR and Admin Officer for an automotive client to be based in Erbil, 2-4 years of experience in HR, fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish is a must.
- Handle the employee’s files
- Working on grading system
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Implement the company policy
- Maintenance for all the facility as Admin person.
- Attendance reports
- Monthly manpower reports
- Recruiting new employees and interview candidates.
- Arrange with the other branches.
- Prepare the overtime payments
- Experience: 2-4 years in HR
- Languages: English, Arabic and Kurdish.
- Character: professionally mature, experience in corporate environments, team player, respectful and takes initiative.
