MSELECT is hiring an HR Assistant for an international oil and gas operator in Downtown Dubai, to work with the Dubai HR team. This is a 3 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
Following are the roles & responsibilities of the role, but are not limited to these alone, there could be more duties added in future:

 

Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide excellent standards of customer service throughout the HR work spectrum.
  • Provide administrative support to HR Team
  • Maintaining and updating the HR trackers and databases on a regular basis
  • Handling administration of Insurances (Medical, Life & Medevac) – ensure inclusions, deletions, monthly changes, policy queries, invoices are handled in a timely manner
  • Ensure the census lists of insurances are updated regularly
  • Prepare monthly census list for Medevac insurance
  • Maintain leave records on a regular basis for Company Dubai employees
  • Prepare salary, embassy & bank letters for employees when requested
  • Send out new joiner logistics internally prior to employee joining
  • Liaise with new joiners on HR documentation that is required (i.e. personal details form, bank details, insurance details, etc.)
  • Liaise with finance team for creating Current Time write access for new joiner
  • Preparation and up keeping of Employee file(s) once the employee has been on boarded on electronic shared folders
  • Send out leaver logistics internally prior to employee leaving
  • Update employment agreements on SharePoint
  • Assist with preparation of monthly payroll master files
  • Any other related HR admin related tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Oil & Gas Company experience beneficial
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Working knowledge of Employee Database
  • Having a valid Dubai visa
