MSELECT is looking to hire a Promoter for an international retail client in Baghdad. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
Job Objective
To positively advocate company brand image and increase sell out performance for the products through direct involvement with the end customers at the store floor level
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize company market share by achieving allocated sell-out target thru direct interaction with end consumers as well as indirect sales activities both in and out of the store
- As company advocate, manage cordial relationship with store managers or owners and other sales representatives to secure brand competitiveness
- Ensure company market presence by managing and/or monitoring company in-store marketing and merchandising status through product display and POP as well as consumer promotion execution
- Connect Merchandiser to the market frontline to allow agile and effective responses by transferring detailed field information from sales and marketing to competitors and VOC
Qualifications
- Must have a college degree
- Speak fluent English and Arabic
