MSELECT is looking to hire a Machinery Maintenance Technician for an International FMCG company in Baghdad. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience English and Arabic fluency is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing and completing a wide variety of maintenance and repairs
- Recording maintenance and repair activities in the Daily Maintenance Log
- Troubleshooting issues or repairing failures of production equipment such as mixers and packing machines
- Repairing or replacing control devices such as switches, sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, etc. as needed
- Ensuring maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness to comply with customer requirements
- Conducting or assisting in the machine preventive maintenance
- Performing on-call emergency service, as required
- Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors, if any
- Participating in the implementation of Quality Assurance policies and procedures
- Performing any other related duties required from time to time as may be determined by the Line Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electromechanical Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG with proven maintenance experience
- FMCG industry experience (Tobacco, Food, Soft Drinks & Beverage etc.) is a must
- Language professionalism: English, Arabic
