Executive Assistant is required for international oil & gas operator with minimum 4 years’ of experience in the same field to be based in Erbil.



  • Provides high quality, confidential, executive and administrative services for the Branch Manager and for selected senior level staff, as required and directed by the BM
  • Prepares correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets utilizing MS Office applications, including drafting, editing and finalizing, as approved by the Branch Manager; also printing, distributing, filing and organizing of both electronic and paper documents, as required
  • Maintains, organizes and coordinates the Branch Manager’s schedule and calendar
  • Coordinates and organizes Branch Manager’s travel arrangements and itinerary
  • Organizes senior level in-country meetings, facilities and all required arrangements
  • Tracks and syncs leadership team’s schedule with that of the BM and office calendar
  • Interfaces with headquarters, affiliates of the branch and outside counterparties as required
  • Provides verbal and written translation services for the Branch Manager, when required
  • Key liaison and point of contact on behalf of the Branch Manager with the Ministry of Natural

Resources (MNR) and other KRG ministries including:

  • Communication, correspondence and coordination with Ministry members
  • Organization of all meetings, presentations and required materials
  • Attendance and support at meetings and other events, as required
  • Tracking and follow-up of all notifications, letters, resolutions, approval requests, etc.
  • Filing and organization of all related electronic and paper documents, as required
  • MNR portal administration, as directed by Branch Manager


  • University degree in Administration, Business or Sciences and/or 4-years EA experience
  • Professional manner, courteous with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Highly trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business matters
  • Hard working, adaptable and willing to take on challenging tasks and schedules
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high proficiency in English and Kurdish minimum; Arabic, or other languages a plus
