A local startup is looking for a Digital Content Officer to be based in Erbil. Must have proven similar previous experience. English, Arabic, and Kurdish are required.
 
Duties:
  • Raise the profile and awareness of a learning platform
  • Offer eLearning solutions to clients through meetings and presentations
  • Oversee the marketing campaigns for the learning platform and generate new and innovative marketing ideas
  • Implement strategies of enhancing sales of eLearning courses and interest in the platform
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver new features and learning solutions for the learning platform
  • Maintain and upkeep all enrollment and attendance records for e-Learning to provide accurate learning hours for all employees
  • Oversee learning analytics through admin dashboard to identify skill gaps and evaluate learning solutions effectiveness
  • Ensure smooth operation of the Learning Platform, troubleshoot technical errors before escalating to software developers, and provide timely resolution to improve user experiences
  • Provide training/onboarding to stakeholders across region to streamline learning operations and processes enabled by learning platform, such as its administration and configuration
  • Upload and manage all training courses coordination on the Learning Platform, ensuring that learners can sign-up for new training courses
  • Upload and perform Quality Assurance testing for all eLearning courses, ensuring that all features and navigation are in working order
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
  • Must be fluent in English, Kurdish and Arabic (Spoken & Written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Previous experience in Tech business development is a must
  • Previous experience on operating a learning management system and eLearning is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, and is an efficient multi-tasker to ensure that operational needs are met on time with little supervision
  • Excellent follow-up, time management skills, and strong drive for results
  • Enthusiastic team player, who is committed to contributing to the team and grow together with us
  • Good analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment and within tight timelines
