MSELECT is looking to hire a Receptionist for an industrial client in Babil. Candidates must have proven experience and must be fluent in English and Arabic, Turkish is a plus.
Provide administrative support functions related to the activities and operations of integrated Management System. Provide office professionalism; realizing this position is the first point of contact for office visitors and telephone calls.
- Perform variety of secretarial duties in support of administrative operations and staff
- Perform typing, mailing, faxing, FedExing, scanning or photocopying various correspondence or materials as assigned
- Screen and route telephone call and responds to inquiries from the public vendors, contractors, subcontractors by referring calls to appropriate persons
- Assembles and distributes a variety of documents, manuals and materials
- Establishes and maintains a wide variety of records and files related to company operations and activities
- Aid in the planning and implementation of company events
- Perform translation from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Data capturing
- High school diploma or diploma in management or other discipline
- Proven experience with similar executive role more than 1 years
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Computer literate
- Proactive nature
- Language: English and Arabic are required, (preferred Turkish)
- To be polite and helpful, elegant and courteous at all times
- Has a pleasant manner of speaking
