MSELECT is looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Manager for a food distributor client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of sales experience in food distribution and be fluent in English.
Building up the business in related in Key accounts in Erbil territory. and developing the Sales in the assigned Channels: HORECA + Catering & Bakeries. Develops, implements and apply new sales techniques for the assigned segment. Maintain the relationship with the clients and introduce new business to the company.
- To maintain and develop the new business, HORECA channel, using the technical support of Company.
- To run and attend product Demo with the clients and offer the latest NPD.
- To Create and analyze sku, and customer wise reports based on the sales figures, margin and volume.
- To create and submit an effective Sales visit route plan and minimize inefficiencies to reach optimized structure.
- To submit the monthly forecast for selling month + 7 for all the Skus by volume, customers and Value and ensure that the high stock level is considered and forecasted to avoid stock liquidation.
- Track shelf life of stocks and notify company whenever risk of return occurs.
- Follow competition and market demand and report it accordingly.
- To create and run effective promotion for the needed Skus and for the right customer.
- Inform company about competition and competitor’s activities regularly, their new products and portfolio
- Minimum 6 years Sales in Food distribution,
- Proven and demonstrated track record in developing new business.
- Previous Excellence in Key Account Management.
- Prepare the annual sales Budget, including turnover, Margins, support investments.
- Maintain good daily working relationship with all the clients.
- Work closely with company Partners
- Fluent in English- Strong in MS Excel + PPT.
- Holds a University degree- Marketing & Bachelor’s
