MSELECT is looking to hire a Receptionist for an international client to be based in Erbil, Iraq.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
  • Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all partners
  • Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners’ itineraries

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Female candidates are accepted
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent use of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to deal effectively with people at every level
  • Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is a must.
